Hello everyone! Welcome to my Blog. Before I get started on this topic I just wanted you to know that my faith is LDS. I wanted to talk about important Gospel Principles that classmates and I discussed throughout my New Testament Class this week. Before discussing with my classmates, I had a different view in mind. I brought up the principle of Trusting In God. In my past experiences I have learned that trusting in God is everything. Trusting in God helps me to have a peace of mind throughout trials when I may not be understanding why something is happening or when I may not know the unknown. It is scary. Trusting in God gives me hope. Trusting in God helps me to understand that everything is in his hands, and happens for a reason.
Many of my classmates brought some other very important principles to my attention that I don't think about or rarely think about. These principles include; Endurance, Moving Forward With Absolute Confidence With God, The Lord Looks On The Heart, and Submitting To God's Will. There where many other principles but these were the principles that really touched me. Having Endurance helps to get you through trials. Moving forward with absolute confidence with God gives you peace and happiness. Knowing that he will provide for you and trusting in him is so important. The Lord looks on the heart. This brings me a sense of peace because God knows where your heart truly is. If others don't see your intentions are good it doesn't matter because God knows, and that is more important. Submitting to God's will let us move forward with peace and happiness. Have you noticed the pattern yet? These gospel principles bring peace and happiness through tough times and happy times. I truly believe this and hope that these principles can bring others happiness as well.
